It was around this period that I finally got some decent recording equipment. My job at the TV station enabled me to buy some new instruments. Mike and I again began to discuss playing the songs live. Only now, we had a way to do it (well...sort of). I recorded all of the tracks on the Otari except for the main guitar, the lead vocal and the drums. We rounded up enough amplifiers to allow us to run each channel to a separate amp. It was if there was a band actually in the room playing.
We decided to call the "band" Color.
